Commercial Junk Removal for Northern Arizona Businesses
For a business, the cost of clutter is rarely the junk itself — it is the aisle you cannot use, the storeroom that has become a dead zone, or the suite you cannot lease until it is empty. Our job is to make that disappear without taking your operation offline.
Spaces we clear
Offices and professional suites, retail floors and stockrooms, restaurants and commercial kitchens, warehouses and light industrial space, hotels and short-term rentals, gyms, salons, and medical and dental practices. We handle both one-time clearances and standing pickups on a schedule you set.
Working around your hours
Most commercial work does not belong in the middle of a business day. We schedule early mornings, evenings, and weekends so customers and staff never have to step around a crew. For tenant improvements and buildouts we coordinate directly with your general contractor so hauling lines up with the trade schedule instead of holding it up.
Furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Desks, cubicle systems, conference tables, filing cabinets, shelving and racking, display fixtures, commercial appliances, and machinery. Heavy and awkward items are our normal work, not an exception. If something needs to come apart to get out of the building, we bring the tools to do it.
Electronics and records
Computers, monitors, servers, network gear, printers, and phone systems are routed to certified electronics recycling rather than the landfill. Because retired IT equipment and filing cabinets often still hold sensitive information, we ask you to remove or destroy records and wipe drives before pickup, or to tell us which items need to be handled as sensitive so we can keep them separated and tracked.
Recurring and multi-site accounts
If your junk is a monthly reality rather than a one-time event, a standing route is cheaper and more predictable than calling each time. This is common for property managers handling unit turns, retail groups managing seasonal resets, and contractors running several job sites at once.
Quotes and billing
Commercial pricing is based on volume, access, and any special disposal requirements, and you get the number before work begins. For larger clearances we walk the space first so the estimate reflects what is actually there. Where a container makes more sense than a crew, we will say so and point you to dumpster rental instead.

Hazardous Materials for Businesses: What Changed at Cinder Lake
If your business has been driving paint, solvents, or used oil out to the Hazardous Product Center at Cinder Lake Landfill, that door is closed for now. The HPC is not currently accepting hazardous items from businesses. The restriction is specifically about where the material comes from, not how much of it you have.
That leaves a lot of Flagstaff businesses holding material that does not belong in a dumpster and that the county will not currently take off their hands. We kept a channel open for it.
How we handle it
You have two options. You can bring the material to our facility, or we can pick it up from your site on a scheduled run. Either way it stops sitting in your back room waiting for a policy change.
Once it is with us, we sort it, store it, and palletize it by material type. When a pallet is full it goes out to an approved disposal or recycling facility, several of which are down in the valley. Consolidating loads is the only reason this service is affordable at all. A single five-gallon bucket does not justify a run to Phoenix, but a palletized load does.
What it costs
Hazardous material carries a surcharge on top of standard removal, and it is not one flat number. The surcharge depends on three things: what the item is, where it is located, and how much of it there is. Paint is not aerosols, and aerosols are not used oil. A pallet staged next to a loading dock is a different job than the same material in a mechanical room three floors up. We price it by item type and give you the number before we load anything.
Send us a list, or photos of the labels, through the quote form and we will tell you what is in scope and what it runs. If you are a property manager dealing with what tenants leave behind, the same process applies to unit turnovers.
Standing accounts pay less
Businesses that come back to us receive $50 off as recurring customers, and that discount does not expire. Military and first responders receive 10% off. Tell us at quote time so it is built into the flat rate rather than credited afterward.
