Flagstaff Area Rate
Everything close to the yard, all of it dumping at Cinder Lake. Same-day service is realistic here, and this is where our rentals are priced best.
Flagstaff
Downtown, Southside, Ponderosa Trails, Continental, Cheshire, Sunnyside — the whole city. Residential junk removal and dumpster rental.
Doney Park
Acreage properties, outbuildings, and the kind of long-accumulated yard piles that need a trailer, not a pickup.
Kachina Village
Cabin cleanouts, crawlspace clearing, and seasonal hauls before and after snow.
Mountainaire
Same crew, same rates as Flagstaff proper. Forest-road access is routine for us.
Fort Valley
Snowbowl Road and the Fort Valley corridor, including the summer-home turnover season.
Bellemont
Residential and the industrial park off I-40. Contractor bins welcome.
Regional Rate
Farther out, and in the Verde Valley the load goes to the Rimrock transfer station instead of coming back up the hill. Priced as one flat Regional Rate rather than a mileage surcharge stacked on at the end.
Munds Park
Cabin country. Estate cleanouts, deck tear-outs, and shed demo between seasons. Dumpster rental in Munds Park.
Parks
Off I-40 west. Acreage, outbuildings, and long driveways our trailers handle fine. Dumpster rental in Parks.
Williams
Historic downtown, motels and rentals on Route 66, and residential cleanouts.
Sedona
West Sedona, Uptown, and the Chapel area. Our trailers get into driveways a roll-off truck physically can’t.
Village of Oak Creek
Big Park and the Ridge. HOA-friendly — we don’t leave a bin sitting for a week.
Cornville & Camp Verde

Questions People Ask
How do I know which rate zone I’m in?
If you’re in Flagstaff, Doney Park, Kachina Village, Mountainaire, Fort Valley, or Bellemont, you’re on the Flagstaff Area Rate. Munds Park, Parks, Williams, Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, Cornville, Camp Verde, and Cottonwood are Regional. If you’re not sure, just tell us the address when you call and we’ll quote it on the spot.
Why does the Verde Valley cost more than Williams if it’s closer?
Distance isn’t what drives our cost — the landfill is. Anything on the plateau goes to Cinder Lake. Verde Valley loads go to the Rimrock transfer station, which is a different run entirely, and 89A with a loaded trailer is slow going. Williams is farther in miles but the round trip works out similar, so both sit in the same zone.
Do you charge a fuel surcharge or mileage fee on top?
No. The zone rate is the rate. We quote you a flat number before we start and that’s what you pay — no fuel surcharge invented at the end, no per-mile line item, no environmental fee nobody mentioned.
Can you get a dumpster into a tight driveway or a forest road?
Usually, yes. We run trailer dumpsters rather than roll-offs, which means we can back into places a roll-off truck can’t reach and we don’t tear up your driveway doing it. Downtown Flagstaff alleys, sloped Sedona lots, and unpaved forest-road builds are all routine.
Do you serve anywhere outside these towns?
Sometimes. We cover more ground than most people expect, but past Cottonwood the economics stop working for everyone involved. Call and ask — we’ll give you a straight answer rather than a quote we can’t honor.
How Our Service Areas Work
AZ Haul is based in Bellemont, with a shop on East Huntington Drive in Flagstaff. Every truck and trailer starts its day from there, and that home base shapes how our service areas work. The closer you are to Flagstaff, the easier it is to get you on the schedule quickly. The farther out you are, the more we plan around the drive and the disposal site at the end of it.
We cover Flagstaff and the surrounding communities, then reach south down I-17, into Sedona and the Verde Valley, and west toward Williams. If you are near the edge of our service areas, call with your address. We will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit for your job.
Scheduling Farther-Out Jobs
For towns outside the Flagstaff area, we group jobs together whenever we can. If we already have a truck heading to Sedona or Williams, adding your pickup or drop-off to that trip keeps things efficient for everyone. When you call, we will look at what is already on the books and give you the earliest realistic window, not a promise we cannot keep.
Booking a few days ahead gives us the most flexibility for regional jobs. Our office is open 8 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week, so weekend scheduling is on the table.
Our Service Areas by Region
Flagstaff and the Nearby Communities
This is our home turf. It includes every part of Flagstaff, plus Doney Park to the east and Bellemont to the west, and Kachina Village, Mountainaire and Fort Valley close by. Being minutes from the shop means faster scheduling, and loads from this zone typically go to the Cinder Lake Landfill. Narrow downtown alleys and forest-lined driveways are everyday work for our trailers.
The I-17 Corridor South
Heading south on I-17, Munds Park is part of our regional coverage. Cabins and second homes are common there, and seasonal cleanups are a natural time to clear out what has piled up. If you will not be on site, let us know where to find the items or where to place a trailer, and we will confirm details by phone.
Sedona, Village of Oak Creek and the Verde Valley
Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek, Cornville, Camp Verde and Cottonwood make up our Verde Valley service areas. Sloped lots and tight driveways are common here, and our dump-trailer dumpsters can fit places a large roll-off truck would struggle with. The drive down 89A with a loaded trailer is slow, which is why these jobs benefit most from planning ahead.
Williams, Parks and the Route 66 Corridor
West of Flagstaff, we serve Parks and Williams along I-40. Rural properties, cabins and ranch land out this way often mean bigger cleanups, from old sheds to years of stored equipment. Communities farther north toward the Grand Canyon, such as Valle, sit outside our regular zones, so give us a call and we will tell you straight whether the trip makes sense.
Weather and Roads in Our Service Areas
Northern Arizona weather changes fast. Snow can close roads in winter, and summer monsoon storms can turn dirt roads to mud in an afternoon. We keep an eye on the National Weather Service in Flagstaff and check ADOT’s AZ 511 road conditions before heading out on longer routes.
If conditions make a trip unsafe, we will call you to reschedule rather than risk a truck on an icy grade or a soft forest road. We also pay attention to fire season. If you are clearing brush and debris to protect your home, Coconino County’s Ready, Set, Go wildfire program is a good place to start, and we can haul the piles away once you are done.

How do I know if I am inside your service areas?
If you are in or near Flagstaff, Sedona, Williams, Munds Park or the Verde Valley, you almost certainly are. If you are unsure, call with your address and we will tell you on the spot.
Is there a separate travel fee for regional towns?
No. Regional jobs are quoted as a flat rate before work starts, with no mileage line item added at the end.
Can you get to unpaved or forest roads?
Usually, yes. Our trailers handle many roads that bigger trucks avoid. In winter or after heavy rain, we may need to wait for the road to dry out or plan a different drop spot.
Why does the disposal site matter?
The landfill or transfer station a load goes to affects drive time as much as distance does. That is part of why our service areas are grouped by region rather than by straight-line miles.
Do you serve towns not listed here?
Sometimes. Past Cottonwood or out toward the Grand Canyon, the trip may not make sense for a small job, but larger projects can be a different story. Ask, and we will give you an honest answer.
