Residential Junk Removal in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona

Most homeowners call us at one of three moments: a move-out deadline, a garage that finally became unusable, or a single heavy item that two people cannot safely carry down a flight of stairs. All three are routine work for us, and all three start the same way — you tell us what you have, we give you a price before we touch anything, and we do the lifting.

What we haul away

Furniture and mattresses, appliances, garage and shed contents, yard debris and brush, exercise equipment, televisions and electronics, carpet and flooring, hot tubs and sheds, leftover material from a remodel, and general household clutter. If it fits in the truck and it is legal to transport, it is usually a yes. When you are not sure, send a photo and we will tell you before anything gets scheduled.

What we cannot take

A short list of items has to stay off the truck for legal and safety reasons: wet paint and solvents, motor oil and automotive fluids, pesticides and pool chemicals, propane tanks, car batteries, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, and ammunition. Most of these are accepted through household hazardous waste programs in the area, and we will point you toward the right drop-off instead of leaving you to figure it out.

How pricing works

Junk removal is priced by volume rather than by the hour. What shapes your quote is how much space the items occupy in the truck, whether anything carries a special handling or disposal fee, and how far the crew has to carry it. You get that number up front, before any work begins, and there is no obligation if it does not work for you. Veterans and first responders receive up to 15% off.

What the appointment looks like

The crew walks the space with you and reconfirms the price before loading anything. Then we load, sweep up, and haul it off. A single room is often finished inside an hour, while full garages, sheds, and whole-home estate and garage cleanouts are scheduled with more time so nothing gets rushed.

Where it all ends up

Landfill is the last resort, not the default. Usable furniture, appliances, building materials, and household goods are sorted for donation and resale first. Metals and electronics go to recycling. And recurring customers receive $50 off that does not expire; once you have used us more than once, the discount stays with your account rather than resetting.
