Commercial Junk Removal Services

Offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and job sites across Northern Arizona rely on our veteran-owned crew for scheduled and same-day pickups. We provide upfront pricing, licensed and insured haulers, and flexible after-hours service so your business never has to pause. Every load is sorted for donation and recycling wherever possible.

Commercial Junk Removal for Northern Arizona Businesses

For a business, the cost of clutter is rarely the junk itself — it is the aisle you cannot use, the storeroom that has become a dead zone, or the suite you cannot lease until it is empty. Our job is to make that disappear without taking your operation offline.

Spaces we clear

Offices and professional suites, retail floors and stockrooms, restaurants and commercial kitchens, warehouses and light industrial space, hotels and short-term rentals, gyms, salons, and medical and dental practices. We handle both one-time clearances and standing pickups on a schedule you set.

Working around your hours

Most commercial work does not belong in the middle of a business day. We schedule early mornings, evenings, and weekends so customers and staff never have to step around a crew. For tenant improvements and buildouts we coordinate directly with your general contractor so hauling lines up with the trade schedule instead of holding it up.

Furniture, fixtures, and equipment

Desks, cubicle systems, conference tables, filing cabinets, shelving and racking, display fixtures, commercial appliances, and machinery. Heavy and awkward items are our normal work, not an exception. If something needs to come apart to get out of the building, we bring the tools to do it.

Electronics and records

Computers, monitors, servers, network gear, printers, and phone systems are routed to certified electronics recycling rather than the landfill. Because retired IT equipment and filing cabinets often still hold sensitive information, we ask you to remove or destroy records and wipe drives before pickup, or to tell us which items need to be handled as sensitive so we can keep them separated and tracked.

Recurring and multi-site accounts

If your junk is a monthly reality rather than a one-time event, a standing route is cheaper and more predictable than calling each time. This is common for property managers handling unit turns, retail groups managing seasonal resets, and contractors running several job sites at once.

Quotes and billing

Commercial pricing is based on volume, access, and any special disposal requirements, and you get the number before work begins. For larger clearances we walk the space first so the estimate reflects what is actually there. Where a container makes more sense than a crew, we will say so and point you to dumpster rental instead.

Commercial Hauling Built Around How Your Business Actually Runs

Commercial hauling is a different job than clearing out a garage. Your customers are walking past, your staff has work to do, and a pile of broken fixtures by the back door says something about your business. AZ Haul is a veteran-owned, locally owned crew based in Bellemont with a shop on East Huntington Drive in Flagstaff, and we have been hauling for Northern Arizona businesses since 2022.

Below is how our commercial hauling works by industry, how one-time and recurring service compare, how billing runs, and the honest limits on what we can do.

Who We Haul For

Retail Stores

Retail produces a steady stream of bulky waste: old display fixtures, broken shelving, damaged returns, signage from the last promotion, and the pallets and cardboard that seem to multiply in the stockroom. We clear resets and remodels so the floor is ready when the new fixtures arrive. Usable fixtures go to donation or resale channels when someone can use them.

Restaurants and Kitchens

Restaurants call us for retired chairs and booths, worn-out prep tables, broken patio furniture, and old equipment after an upgrade. Refrigerated units have to be handled correctly because of the refrigerant inside; the EPA explains the rules in its guidance on refrigerant-containing appliance disposal. We do not take food waste, grease, or anything wet and sloppy from the kitchen line, so plan to empty and clean equipment before pickup.

Offices

Office moves and downsizes leave desks, cubicle panels, chairs, filing cabinets, and a closet full of old electronics. Our office cleanouts page covers that work in detail. For commercial hauling from offices, the big thing to sort out ahead of time is records: shred or remove paper files and wipe drives before we arrive.

Contractors and Trades

General contractors, remodelers, and trades crews use us to clear tenant improvement debris, old cabinets, packaging, and leftover materials between phases. When a job will produce debris for days or weeks, a dump-trailer dumpster parked on site is often the better fit than repeated truck loads, and we will tell you which one makes more sense.

Property Managers

Unit turnovers, abandoned furniture, and overflowing dumpster corrals are the bread and butter of commercial hauling for property managers. For apartment communities that want doorstep trash collection, see our valet trash service.

Hotels, Motels, and Short-Term Rental Operators

Lodging in Flagstaff, Sedona, and Williams works hard. Mattresses, box springs, case goods, TVs, and patio sets wear out on a schedule, and renovations replace whole floors of furniture at once. STR operators managing several cabins or condos often need a crew that can hit multiple addresses on one trip between guest stays. We schedule around check-out and check-in windows so housekeeping is not tripping over us.

One-Time Jobs vs. Recurring Commercial Hauling Routes

Most businesses start with a single job: a remodel, a move, or a back room that finally needs attention. That is a straightforward quote, a scheduled date, and a cleared space.

Recurring commercial hauling is for businesses that produce bulky waste on a predictable rhythm. Instead of calling every time the pile gets bad, you get a standing slot, weekly, every other week, or monthly, and we show up and clear it. It keeps loading docks, back lots, and corrals from becoming a problem, and it means nobody on your team has to remember to call.

Invoicing, Photos, and Paperwork

Recurring commercial accounts are billed monthly on net 30 terms. That means one invoice per month covering all visits, with payment due within 30 days, so it slots into your normal accounts payable cycle instead of a card swipe every time a truck shows up.

Every recurring visit comes with before and after photos. Those photos are useful well beyond proving we showed up. Property managers use them for owner reports and tenant chargebacks, retail managers send them up the chain, and contractors drop them into job files. If you need visits split by property, location, or job number on the invoice, tell us when we set up the account.

Our Hours and Scheduling Limits

We work 8 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week. That includes weekends, which is often the easiest time for offices and some retailers. We start at 8, so an early slot can get a job done before many shops get busy. What we do not offer is overnight or late-night work outside those hours. If your space can only be cleared after closing, talk to us about access arrangements or a dump-trailer dumpster you can fill on your own schedule.

What We Can’t Take

Some materials need a specialized handler, and we would rather tell you up front than leave you with a surprise. We do not haul:

  • Asbestos or suspected asbestos materials
  • Medical, sharps, or biohazard waste
  • Ammunition, explosives, or compressed gas cylinders
  • Food waste, cooking grease, or liquids
  • Large quantities of chemicals without a prior conversation about how they will be handled

Paint, solvents, and used oil are handled through our separate hazardous materials channel covered on this page, with a surcharge quoted before loading. For anything else you are unsure about, the City of Flagstaff’s Where to Take Waste guide and the Cinder Lake Landfill page are good references. Send us photos and we will tell you what we can and cannot do.

Commercial Hauling FAQs

Do I need a recurring contract?

No. Plenty of businesses use our commercial hauling once or twice a year. Recurring service is there for those who want a standing schedule and monthly billing.

How does net 30 billing work?

Recurring accounts get one invoice per month for all visits, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Can you service multiple locations?

Yes. We serve Flagstaff, Sedona, Williams, the Verde Valley, and nearby communities. Multi-site operators can be routed together and billed on one statement.

Do you work weekends?

Yes. We work 8 AM to 6 PM every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Will you donate or recycle what you can?

Yes. Usable furniture and fixtures go to donation first, metals and electronics go to recycling, and only what is left goes to the landfill.

Should I rent a dumpster instead?

If debris will build up over several days, or your team wants to load it themselves, a dump-trailer dumpster is often cheaper than commercial hauling. If the material is heavy, awkward, or needs to be gone today, a loaded-by-us haul is usually the better choice.

To set up a one-time job or a recurring route, call AZ Haul at (928) 600-2035 or send photos through our quote form.

Hazardous Materials for Businesses: What Changed at Cinder Lake

If your business has been driving paint, solvents, or used oil out to the Hazardous Product Center at Cinder Lake Landfill, that door is closed for now. The HPC is not currently accepting hazardous items from businesses. The restriction is specifically about where the material comes from, not how much of it you have.

That leaves a lot of Flagstaff businesses holding material that does not belong in a dumpster and that the county will not currently take off their hands. We kept a channel open for it.

How we handle it

You have two options. You can bring the material to our facility, or we can pick it up from your site on a scheduled run. Either way it stops sitting in your back room waiting for a policy change.

Once it is with us, we sort it, store it, and palletize it by material type. When a pallet is full it goes out to an approved disposal or recycling facility, several of which are down in the valley. Consolidating loads is the only reason this service is affordable at all. A single five-gallon bucket does not justify a run to Phoenix, but a palletized load does.

What it costs

Hazardous material carries a surcharge on top of standard removal, and it is not one flat number. The surcharge depends on three things: what the item is, where it is located, and how much of it there is. Paint is not aerosols, and aerosols are not used oil. A pallet staged next to a loading dock is a different job than the same material in a mechanical room three floors up. We price it by item type and give you the number before we load anything.

Send us a list, or photos of the labels, through the quote form and we will tell you what is in scope and what it runs. If you are a property manager dealing with what tenants leave behind, the same process applies to unit turnovers.

Standing accounts pay less

Businesses that come back to us receive $50 off as recurring customers, and that discount does not expire. Military and first responders receive 10% off. Tell us at quote time so it is built into the flat rate rather than credited afterward.
