Why we quote flat instead of by the day. Daily-rate pricing sounds cheaper until your subcontractor doesn’t show, or it snows for three days, or the permit takes a week. Concrete, tile, dirt, brick, and roofing shingles are dense. A bin loaded with them can hit its weight limit at half full. If your project is heavy material, tell us upfront and we’ll quote it correctly.

Deliveries out to Munds Park, Williams, Parks, or the Verde Valley may carry a mileage adjustment. It’s quoted upfront, not added later.
Restricted items

Every company prices a little differently, but almost every dumpster rental cost comes down to the same handful of factors. Once you know what they are, you can read any quote and tell whether it is fair, and you can plan your project so you are not paying for things you did not need.
1. Rental length
Most rentals are priced around a set rental period, with a charge for each day or swap after that. The longer the trailer sits in your driveway, the longer it is off the road and unavailable for the next customer, so time is part of the price everywhere. 2. Weight, not just volume
