Weekly Bulk Trash Pickup for Apartments & Commercial Properties in Flagstaff, AZ
Tenants move out and leave the couch. Someone dumps a mattress by the dumpster on a Sunday night. The city’s bulk week is months away and your dumpster area looks like a yard sale.
We run a scheduled weekly route for exactly this: our crew shows up on your day, clears the bulk pile, and you get an itemized invoice with photos. You never think about it again.
Built for the Stuff Your Dumpster Service Won’t Take
Your regular trash hauler empties the dumpsters. Everything around the dumpsters is your problem — until now:
●Move-Out Furniture
Couches, mattresses, dressers, and bed frames left behind when tenants leave. The number-one source of bulk pileups at apartment communities.
●Dumped Items & Illegal Dumping
Mattresses, tires, and mystery piles that appear overnight by the enclosure. We clear them before they become a resident complaint.
●Appliances
Fridges, washers, dryers, stoves from unit turns. We disconnect, carry, and dispose of them properly.
●Office & Retail Cleanouts
Desks, cubicles, shelving, and back-room junk from tenant improvements and store turnovers.
●Senior Community Pickups
Residents downsizing or moving to assisted living often can’t haul anything themselves. We handle the whole thing gently and completely.
●Storm & Seasonal Debris
Monsoon branches, snow-damaged fencing, windblown junk across the property. One call and it’s gone.
How the Weekly Route Works
Four steps to never thinking about bulk trash again:
- We walk your property
We come out, look at your dumpster areas and turnover volume, and agree on a weekly pickup day. No charge for the walkthrough.
- Crew shows up on your day
Same day every week. Your maintenance team just points us at the pile — or we check the usual spots ourselves.
- We load it and haul it
Everything gets loaded, the area gets left clean, and anything with a special disposal fee gets flagged before we touch it.
- You get an itemized invoice with photos
Every pickup is documented: what we took, how much truck it filled, and the disposal fee. Net 30, billed weekly. Nothing to reconcile.
Simple Commercial Pricing
Priced by the truckload, confirmed before we load. No hourly meter, no surprises on the invoice:
$150 minimum visit
Small pile, quick stop. If it’s only worth $150, we haul it and invoice the minimum.
$300 half trailer
A solid half-load of furniture and bulk items — typical for a normal week at most communities.
$450 full 15-yard trailer
Turnover week, eviction cleanout, or a month of accumulated bulk. The whole trailer, gone in one visit.
Disposal fees at cost
Dump fees are broken out on the invoice, not buried in the price. TVs, tires, paint, and batteries carry small additional fees — always flagged before loading.
Senior Living Communities
Downsizing, unit turns, and estate situations come up constantly in 55+ communities — and your residents usually can’t move any of it themselves. We work directly with your activities or facilities team on a standing weekly pickup, handle everything with care, and keep the invoice simple enough for any approval process. Family members settling an estate can also book us directly for one-time full cleanouts.
Questions Property Managers Ask
How is this different from the city’s bulk trash program?
The city collects bulk trash about five times a year, by section, on their schedule. We come every single week, on your schedule — and we take it from wherever it sits, not just the curb.
Do we sign a long-term contract?
No. The route runs week to week and either side can cancel anytime. Most communities stay because the pile stops being a problem, not because paperwork says they have to.
How does billing work?
Itemized invoice with photos after every pickup, Net 30, payable by card or check. Invoices go straight to your AP contact so nothing sits in a maintenance inbox.
What about TVs, paint, tires, and batteries?
Those carry small additional disposal fees under our agreement. We identify them during the pickup and flag the fee before loading — it’s on the invoice as its own line, never a surprise.
Can you handle a full eviction or unit-turn cleanout?
Yes — that’s a full-trailer job and exactly what the $450 rate is for. We can also do interior cleanouts (furniture, trash, debris out of the unit itself) as a separate scheduled service.
Which areas do you serve?
Flagstaff and surrounding communities including Doney Park, Kachina Village, Munds Park, Parks, Williams, and Sedona. Tell us where the property is and we’ll confirm the weekly day.
