Why Contractors Switch to Us
We answer the phone
Not a call center in another state reading from a script. You get someone local who knows where your jobsite is and can tell you honestly whether we can be there today.
Standing accounts pay less
Repeat volume earns better rates. If you’re pulling multiple bins a month, you shouldn’t be paying the same as a homeowner doing one garage cleanout.
Trailers get into tight sites
Downtown Flagstaff lots, alley access, unpaved forest-road builds. Our trailer dumpsters go where a roll-off truck physically can’t, and they don’t chew up a finished driveway on a remodel.
Invoiced, not per-drop
One monthly invoice across all your sites instead of a card transaction every time a bin moves. Your bookkeeper will like us.
Fast swaps
Bin’s full at 2pm and you’re pouring tomorrow? Call. Trailer swaps don’t require routing a specialized roll-off truck, so we move faster than most.
Weekend and off-hours
We run 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days. Saturday drops and Sunday pulls are normal for us, not an emergency surcharge.
Trades We Work With
Roofing
Tear-off debris is heavy and it accumulates fast. We size and price for shingle weight properly instead of surprising you on the invoice, and we can stage a swap mid-tear-off so your crew never stops.
Remodel & renovation
Kitchen and bath guts, whole-home renos, flooring replacement. Trailer placement means we’re not damaging the driveway of a house you’re about to hand back to a client.
New construction
Framing scrap, packaging, and finish-out debris. Recurring drops scheduled around your build phases rather than you calling every time.
Property management
Unit turnovers, tenant abandonment, seasonal clear-outs across a portfolio. One account, multiple addresses, one invoice.
Landscaping & tree work
Green waste, brush, stumps, and hardscape demo. We divert what can be diverted rather than landfilling all of it.
Restoration & mitigation
Water, fire, and storm work moves on emergency timelines. We understand the difference between “next week” and “the adjuster is here at noon.”
On heavy material, we’d rather quote it right than surprise you. Roofing shingles, concrete, tile, and dirt are priced by weight at the disposal facility, so any hauler telling you a flat rate covers unlimited concrete is either inexperienced or planning to adjust your invoice later. Tell us what the load actually is and we’ll give you a number that holds.
How a Standing Account Works
- One conversation to set it upTell us your typical volume, your trades, and how you want to be billed. Takes about ten minutes on the phone.
- Your rate gets lockedWe set your pricing based on volume, not per-job negotiation. You know what a bin costs before you call.
- Call, text, or standing scheduleRequest a drop however you want, or put recurring sites on an automatic rotation so nobody has to remember.
- One invoice on termsAll sites, all drops, one statement. Documentation your accounting and your job-costing can actually use.
We Also Do the Labor
Sometimes a bin isn’t the answer. If a site needs to be cleared rather than filled — a hoarding-condition rental, a tenant who left everything behind, an interior demo you don’t want to pull your framers off for — we bring the crew. See commercial junk removal, or combine both on the same job and we’ll price it as one.

Questions Contractors Ask
Can I get same-day or next-day delivery to a jobsite?
Often yes, and account holders get priority over one-off residential bookings. Call early in the day for the best odds. If we genuinely can’t make it, we’ll tell you straight rather than promising and leaving your crew waiting.
Do you offer net terms?
Yes, for established accounts. We’ll set that up when you open the account — one invoice covering all your sites and drops rather than a card charge every time a bin moves.
What’s the pricing difference for a contractor account?
Standing accounts pay less than one-off retail rentals, scaled to your volume. Call and tell us roughly how many bins a month you’re pulling and we’ll quote your rate directly — no tiers to decode.
Can you handle multiple sites at once?
Yes. Multiple active bins across different addresses under one account is standard for our property management and GC customers. Each drop is tracked to its site so your job-costing stays clean.
How fast can you swap a full bin?
Usually same or next day. Because we run trailers rather than roll-offs, a swap doesn’t require routing a specialized truck, which is why we’re typically faster on this than the bigger regional companies.
Do you handle roofing tear-offs?
Regularly. Shingles are dense, so we’ll size and price for weight rather than volume, and we can stage a mid-job swap so your crew isn’t standing around. Tell us the roof square footage and layer count and we’ll plan it with you.
What about permits for street placement?
Most of our jobsite placements go on private property or in a driveway, which needs no permit. If your site requires public right-of-way placement, the City of Flagstaff requires a permit — we’ll tell you when that applies and what’s involved.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and we’ll provide a certificate of insurance for your file or for a GC who requires one. Just ask when you set up the account.
