It applies to households booking seasonal cleanouts and to commercial accounts on a standing route alike.
What moves a quote up
Two things affect price more than anything else: access and disposal. A third-floor walk-up with a narrow stairwell takes longer than a garage with a driveway alongside it. And some material costs more to dispose of than ordinary debris. Hazardous and hazardous-adjacent items carry a surcharge that depends on the type of item, where it is located, and how much of it there is. We put that in the quote rather than adding it at the end.

How Our Price Quote Works
Filling out the form above is the fastest way to get a free price quote from AZ Haul. You send photos and a short description, we look at what is there and where it sits, and we send back one firm number. That price quote is what you pay, as long as the job matches what we saw. No pressure, no obligation and no charge for the quote itself.
Option 1: Photos and text
For most jobs, photos are all we need. Upload a few pictures taken from about 15 feet back so we can see the whole pile and the space around it. Add a note about anything hidden, like boxes stacked behind the couch or a freezer in the basement. We answer quote requests during our hours of 8 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week.
Option 2: An in-person walkthrough
For whole-house estate cleanouts, hoarding situations, large commercial jobs or anything hard to capture in photos, we can come walk through it with you. A walkthrough lets us plan the crew, the trucks and the disposal route, and it gives you a price quote you can count on for a big project.
What Affects the Price
Every quote is built on the same few factors. Knowing them helps you read your price quote and spot ways to save.
- Volume: the biggest factor. We price by how much space your items take up in our truck or trailer.
- Weight: dense materials like concrete, dirt, roofing shingles, tile and wet yard waste cost more to dispose of than the same space of furniture.
- Access: stairs, long carries, tight hallways, steep driveways and snow all add labor time.
- Special items: refrigerators and freezers with refrigerant, mattresses, tires and hot tubs can carry extra handling or disposal costs. Refrigerant appliances have specific EPA disposal requirements.
- Location: outside Flagstaff, your quote reflects drive time and the nearest disposal site.
We cannot haul paint, solvents, chemicals or other household hazardous waste. Those go to the City’s Hazardous Products Center. The EPA also has a clear guide to household hazardous waste if you are unsure what counts.
What Is Included
Your price quote covers the full job, start to finish:
- Labor to carry items out from wherever they are, inside or outside
- Loading, hauling and transport
- Sorting for donation and recycling
- Disposal at permitted facilities such as the Cinder Lake Landfill
- A sweep of the area when we finish
If you add items on the day of the job, we will tell you the new price before we load them. You stay in control of the number.
How to Get the Most Accurate Price Quote
The better the photos, the tighter the price quote. A few tips:
- Step back about 15 feet so we can see the whole pile and the room around it.
- Take one photo from each side of large piles.
- Show the path out: stairs, doorways and the distance to the driveway.
- List heavy or unusual items, like pianos, safes, hot tubs, appliances or concrete.
- Mention anything you plan to keep so we do not count it.
- Include your address or nearest town so we can factor in the drive and disposal site.

Yes. Every quote is free, whether it is by photo, phone or an in-person walkthrough.
How fast will I hear back?
We work through photo quotes as they come in during business hours, 8 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week. Walkthroughs are scheduled at a time that works for you.
Will the final price match the quote?
Yes, as long as the job matches what we saw. If there is more than the photos showed, we tell you the updated price before loading the extra items.
Do I have to book after getting a quote?
No. A price quote is not a commitment. Take your time and book when you are ready.
Do you quote recurring commercial service?
Yes. Property managers and businesses can get a price quote for recurring pickups, billed monthly, net 30, with before and after photos.
Do you quote jobs outside Flagstaff?
Yes. We serve Sedona, Williams, the Verde Valley and nearby communities like Parks, Bellemont, Doney Park, Kachina Village, Mountainaire, Munds Park and the Village of Oak Creek.
