Construction Debris Removal in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona

On a job site, debris is a schedule problem before it is a disposal problem. Material stacked in a walkway slows every trade behind it and creates exactly the kind of hazard an inspector notices. Our role is to keep the site clear enough that the work in front of it can continue.

Material we haul

Framing lumber and offcuts, drywall and plaster, roofing and shingles, flooring, tile, cabinetry and millwork, doors and windows, siding, insulation, concrete, brick and block, rock and dirt, metal and conduit, and packaging from delivered materials. Heavy inert loads such as concrete and masonry are priced differently from light bulky loads because weight rather than volume drives their disposal.

Remodel and demolition support

For interior demolition we can remove as we go rather than waiting for the end, which keeps the space workable and stops a single pile from blocking the only route in. On tenant improvements and buildouts we coordinate with the general contractor so hauling matches the trade sequence.

Scheduled hauls versus a container

If your debris accumulates steadily, recurring pickups keep the site clear without a bin occupying a parking space for weeks. If it arrives in bursts — a demolition day, a roof tear-off — a dumpster on site is usually the better economics. We will give you a straight answer about which fits your job rather than defaulting to whichever we would rather sell.

What has to be handled separately

Asbestos-containing material, lead-painted components requiring abatement, contaminated soil, solvents and adhesives, and pressurized cylinders are not general construction debris and cannot go on a standard haul. If a pre-1980 structure is involved, testing before demolition is worth doing for its own sake, and it also determines what we are able to accept. Where something falls outside our scope we will tell you and point you toward a licensed abatement contractor.

Recycling and diversion

Clean wood, metal, concrete, and undamaged fixtures and materials have real recovery value. Salvageable doors, windows, cabinets, and lumber are separated for reuse where the condition justifies it, metal goes to scrap, and clean concrete and masonry are routed for crushing rather than landfill. See the waste diversion hub for more.

Residential and commercial projects

We work for general contractors, remodelers, roofers, and homeowners running their own projects. Larger business clearances fall under commercial junk removal, and household material from the same remodel under residential junk removal.
