Why AZ Haul Works With Trusted Local Partners

Hauling junk is only half the job. The other half is figuring out where everything should go next and who can help with the work around it. That is why AZ Haul leans on trusted local partners across Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. The businesses listed on this page are ones we know, work alongside, and are comfortable sending our own customers to.
A cleanout often uncovers other needs. A crawlspace with water damage, a pest problem in the garage, a broken appliance someone wants fixed instead of tossed, or extra belongings that need a place to sit for a while. Having trusted local partners means we can point you to someone reliable instead of leaving you to search from scratch.
Where the Stuff We Haul Ends Up
Our approach is simple: donate or recycle first, and dispose of only what is left. That means working with the whole local system, not just the landfill.
- Donation outlets. Furniture, household goods and working appliances in good shape go to places where someone can use them again.
- Recyclers. Metal, cardboard and other recyclable materials get separated so they can be processed, following resources like Coconino County’s guide to what and where to recycle.
- Proper disposal sites. What cannot be reused or recycled goes to an approved facility such as the Cinder Lake Landfill.
- Special handling. Household chemicals belong at a collection site like Flagstaff’s Hazardous Products Center, and refrigerant appliances follow EPA disposal requirements.
Every load has a plan before it leaves your property. Knowing the right outlets for each type of material is part of what you get when you hire a hauler that takes this seriously.
How We Choose Our Trusted Local Partners
We do not add a business to this list because of a sales pitch. Our trusted local partners are businesses we have a real relationship with, and we look for a few things before we put our name next to theirs.
- They are local. Money spent with them stays in Northern Arizona and supports local jobs.
- They answer the phone. When we send a customer their way, we expect a prompt, honest response.
- They stand behind their work. Accountability matters more to us than flashy marketing.
- They treat people well. Our customers are our neighbors, and we want them treated that way.
The list covers a mix of trades and community organizations. We would rather keep it short and meaningful than long and padded.
How Homeowners Benefit From Trusted Local Partners
For you, the biggest benefit is one call instead of ten. When our crew is already at your home for a cleanout or haul, we can often spot a related need and tell you who we trust to handle it. You get a referral from someone who has been inside the job, not a random search result.
It also helps with timing. If a home is being cleared for a sale or a move, coordinating the cleanout with repairs, pest work or other trades keeps the project moving. Our trusted local partners know how we work, which makes those handoffs smoother.
And it keeps more of your stuff out of the landfill. Good relationships with local outlets mean more usable items find a second home, which matters in a place where many of us care about protecting the land around us.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does a business get added to the list?
Reach out and start a conversation. We add businesses we know and are comfortable recommending to our own customers, so the first step is getting to know each other.
Does AZ Haul guarantee the work of a partner business?
Each partner runs its own business and is responsible for its own work. We list them because we trust them, but you should contact each one directly about their services, pricing and terms.
Can you coordinate a cleanout with another trade?
Often, yes. Let us know who else is working on the property and what their timeline looks like, and we will do our best to schedule around them so nobody is tripping over each other.
Do you donate items from my cleanout?
Whenever items are in usable condition, yes. Donation and recycling come first, and only what cannot be reused or recycled goes to disposal.
What areas do your trusted local partners serve?
Our partners are based in and around Flagstaff, and many work across the same Northern Arizona communities we do. Check each partner’s website for their exact coverage.
