What Couch Removal Costs
Two ways to do this, depending on whether you want to move it yourself or have us handle every step.
Curbside Pickup
You get the couch to the curb, driveway, or alley. We prepay-schedule the stop and take it from there. The cheapest way to get a sofa gone.
Scheduled In-Home Pickup
We come inside, lift it, navigate the stairs and the doorway, and carry it out. You don’t touch it. Same-day slots when we have them.
Firm quote before we start — no surprise add-ons once the truck is in your driveway. Military and first responders take 10% off.
Sofas, Sectionals, and Everything Adjacent
If it’s upholstered and it’s in your way, we take it:
- Sofas and loveseats
- Sectionals (we’ll separate them)
- Sleeper sofas and hide-a-beds
- Recliners and power recliners
- Futons and daybeds
- Armchairs and accent chairs
- Chaise lounges and ottomans
- Mattresses and box springs
- Office and gaming chairs
- Patio and outdoor furniture
- Pet-damaged or water-damaged pieces
- Whole living room sets
Sleeper sofas and heavy sectionals. A queen hide-a-bed runs 250–300 pounds with a steel frame folded inside it. That’s a two-person lift with straps, not a favor to ask your neighbor. We bring the crew and the equipment, and if the piece has to come apart to clear a stairwell or a doorframe, we bring the tools for that too.

Why Flagstaff Calls Us
We actually show up
Veteran work ethic isn’t a slogan on the truck. We give you a window, we hit the window, and we call if anything changes.
Donation first
A couch in decent shape belongs in someone’s living room, not in the Cinder Lake landfill. If it can be donated, it will be.
Stairs don’t scare us
Third-floor walk-up, basement apartment, spiral staircase in a cabin off Lake Mary Road. We’ve done all of it.
No dump run for you
No borrowed truck, no tie-down straps, no transfer station line, no disposal fee at the gate. One call and it’s handled.
Couch Removal Across Northern Arizona
We pick up furniture in Flagstaff, Sedona, Williams, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, and the surrounding Verde Valley communities. Not sure if you’re in range? Call and ask — we cover more ground than most people expect. See our full junk removal service areas.
Questions People Ask
How much does it cost to have a couch hauled away in Flagstaff?
Curbside couch pickup starts at $59 when you have it out and prepaid. Scheduled in-home pickup, where we carry it out for you, starts at $150. We give you a firm quote before we start so there are no surprises. Military and first responders receive 10% off.
Can you take a couch out of a second-floor apartment?
Yes. Stairs, narrow hallways, and tight corners are routine for us. We bring a crew and moving equipment, and we’ll disassemble the piece if that’s what it takes to clear the doorway. There’s no separate stair fee on standard residential pickups.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Not for curbside pickups — leave the couch out and we’ll grab it. For in-home removal, we need someone to let us in and confirm what’s going. Many customers arrange it by phone and have a neighbor or property manager meet us.
What happens to my old couch?
If it’s clean and structurally sound, we route it to a local donation partner so someone else can use it. Pieces that are damaged, soiled, or infested go to proper disposal. We don’t dump furniture illegally, ever.
Can you remove a couch the same day I call?
Often, yes. We run 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, and hold same-day slots when the schedule allows. Call early in the day for the best chance — weekends and end-of-month move-out periods fill up fastest.
Do you take other furniture at the same time?
Absolutely, and it’s cheaper per item that way. If you’re clearing a whole room or a whole house, our $250 quarter-trailer load usually beats item-by-item pricing. Ask about it when you call.
