My hot tub is built into the deck. Can you still remove it?
Yes, and it’s one of the most common jobs we do here. We cut back only the decking required to extract the shell and can finish the edge so it looks intentional rather than torn out. Tell us it’s deck-mounted when you request the quote so we price it correctly.
Do you handle the electrical disconnect?
We disconnect the unit at the existing disconnect box as part of the job. If your spa is hardwired and the circuit needs to be properly terminated or removed, that requires a licensed electrician — we’ll flag it in your quote and can coordinate one.
How long does it take?
Most residential hot tub removals take two to four hours from arrival to cleanup. Swim spas, concrete surrounds, or difficult access can push it to most of a day. We’ll tell you what to expect when we quote it.
Will you damage my yard, fence, or deck?
We cut the spa down on site specifically so we don’t have to drag a full shell across your property. We lay protection on surfaces we cross, and we’re licensed and insured. If a section of fence has to come off to get the pieces out, we tell you before we touch it and we put it back.
Can you remove the hot tub and the deck together?
Yes. Full deck demolition and haul-off is something we do regularly, and combining it with the spa removal is significantly cheaper than booking them separately. Ask for a combined quote.
