Two Sizes

6 Yard

Small projects

Roughly 2–3 pickup loads. A shop corner, a single room, a small tear-out, or a season of accumulated scrap.

15 Yard

Roughly 6 pickup loads. Barn and shop clear-outs, re-roofs, full property cleanups, and outbuilding demo.

Parks is on our Regional Rate. One flat number covering delivery, pickup, and disposal — call and we’ll quote it on the spot. See how our pricing works.

Built for Forest-Road Properties

Long, unpaved driveways

Half the properties off Spring Valley and Garland Prairie are a quarter mile of dirt. A roll-off truck won’t attempt most of them. A trailer will, and it won’t leave ruts where it sat.

Room to work

You’ve got the space out here, so we’ll set it exactly where the work is — beside the barn, at the shop door, next to the burn pile — instead of parking it at the road.

Heavy, awkward acreage junk

Fencing, T-posts, sheet metal, pallets, corral panels, and the trailer that stopped rolling in 2009. Scrap metal gets pulled and recycled rather than buried.

No permit on private property

On your own land there’s no county placement permit to chase. Delivery is usually within a day or two of the call.

What Goes In Around Here

  • Fencing, posts, and wire
  • Barn and shop clear-outs
  • Scrap metal and sheet steel
  • Outbuilding and shed demo
  • Pallets and crating
  • Slash, brush, and limbs
  • Old furniture and mattresses
  • Construction and remodel debris
  • Roofing and siding
  • Household cleanouts

Paint, chemicals, tires, and refrigerant appliances can’t go in any dumpster — the disposal facility sets that, not us. Here’s the full list so nothing gets turned away at the gate.

How It Works

  1. Call or request a quote. Address, project, rough timing. You get a flat number before anything is scheduled.
  2. We deliver and place it. Tell us where on the property. You don’t need to be home if you’d rather not be.
  3. Fill it, then call. We haul it off and the disposal is already in your price.

Questions Parks Owners Ask

My driveway is a half mile of dirt. Can you actually get down it?

Almost always, yes. That’s the whole reason we run trailers instead of roll-offs. If there’s a specific bad spot — a washout, a soft stretch, a low branch — mention it when you call and we’ll plan around it rather than getting stuck.

Can you put it right next to the barn instead of at the road?

Yes, if we can get there. Placing it where the work is means you’re not carrying scrap two hundred feet, which is most of what makes a cleanup drag on.

What happens to the scrap metal?

It gets pulled and recycled rather than landfilled. It doesn’t change your rate, but it keeps a few hundred pounds of steel out of the ground on a typical acreage cleanup.

How long can I keep it?

The base rate covers 24 hours, with additional days at a flat add-on. Property cleanups tend to run longer than people plan, so tell us realistically and we’ll quote the whole window up front.

Do you serve Bellemont and Garland Prairie too?

Yes. Bellemont is on our closer Flagstaff Area Rate, and Garland Prairie and Spring Valley are handled the same as Parks. Full list on our service areas page.
