How Route Day Works
Book & Prepay
Count your raccoons, pick your size, and prepay through Square’s secure checkout. It takes about a minute, and your spot is locked the moment payment goes through.
Set It Out
Curb or end of the driveway by 7 AM on your route day. The night before is fine. Bag or box the loose stuff, because Flagstaff wind is real.
We Run the Route
We work your area between 8 AM and 6 PM, so there’s no arrival window to sit around for. You get a text when we’re close and a photo once it’s gone.
How Many Raccoons You Got?
Forget the tape measure. Route Day is priced in Standard Raccoons. Count yours, pick your size, prepay, done.
4–10 Raccoons
A loveseat, a fridge, a recliner, or a queen mattress.
11–20 Raccoons
A full-size sofa, a mattress set and a dresser, or a pickup bed level with the rails.
A Whole Gaze
Yes, a group of raccoons is called a gaze. Couch + fridge + mattress lands here.
We confirm your raccoon count at the curb before we load.
The Rules of the Game
Everybody has seen a raccoon the size of a fridge. Doesn’t count. Here’s how we measure:
- 1 Standard Raccoon = about 4 cubic feet of normal household junk — furniture, bags, boxes, small appliances. Dirt, rock, concrete, shingles, or 33 gallons of wet pine needles is not a raccoon. That’s a phone call. Text us a photo.
- We count by the official chart in the Raccoon Counter, not by the raccoons in your neighborhood.
- Between two sizes? Pick the bigger one, or text us a photo and we’ll tell you.
- More raccoons on the curb than you booked? We text you the difference before we load the extra.
- The crew’s count at the curb is final — and we’ll always show you the math.
Tap + for everything going to the curb. The number under each item is its official raccoon count.

One Rule: Paid Up or Someone’s Home

Prepay Online
Count your raccoons, pick your size, and pay at Square’s secure checkout. Leave everything at the curb, go about your day, and we’ll text you a photo once it’s gone.
Checkout asks for your pickup address (Square labels it “shipping”), what we’re picking up, and a mobile number for route-day texts.
Pay at Pickup
Request a route-day slot on our Square booking calendar and pay the crew by card at the curb, priced by your raccoon count. Choose Route Day Pickup (priced by the raccoon) and any open time on your area’s route day. The time just holds your spot, and we’ll confirm it.
No payment and nobody home? We’ll leave it where it is and move you to your area’s next route day.

Bulk Trash Pickup Flagstaff FAQ
Do I need to book, or can I just set stuff out?
You need a reservation. Route Day only covers booked spots, so anything that isn’t on our list stays where it is.
How do I count my raccoons?
One Standard Raccoon is about 4 cubic feet of normal household junk — furniture, bags, boxes, small appliances. Dirt, rock, concrete, shingles, or 33 gallons of wet pine needles is not a raccoon. That’s a phone call. Use the Raccoon Counter or the size cards above. Between two sizes? Pick the bigger one, or text us a photo and we’ll tell you.
Wait, a group of raccoons is called a gaze?
Yep. Anything over 20 raccoons is a gaze, and a gaze gets a custom quote. Text us a photo. For a big cleanout, a dumpster trailer is usually the better deal.
Do I have to be home?
Not if you prepay. Leave everything at the curb and we’ll text you a photo once it’s gone. If you’d rather pay at pickup, someone needs to be home when we arrive.
How do I know which day is my route day?
Find your area in the route-day list above, or use the finder to see your next date and booking cutoff. Not sure which area you’re in? Book anyway and we’ll text you to confirm.
What time will you show up?
Routes run from 8 AM to 6 PM. We can’t promise an exact time because we’re working a whole route, but we text you when we’re getting close.
What if I miss the booking cutoff?
You’ll go on the next route day for your area. If it can’t wait, call or text and we’ll see if a standard pickup makes more sense.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Let us know before the cutoff (5 PM the day before) and we’ll move you to another route day or refund you in full.
What happens if it snows?
If weather shuts down a route, we’ll text you. You’ll roll to the next route day for your area, or you can take a full refund.
My stuff is in the garage or upstairs. Can you grab it?
Route Day is curbside only, which is how we keep the price down. If you need us to carry things out, book full-service junk removal instead.
What if I put out more raccoons than I booked?
We text you a photo and the difference before we load the extra. Say no, and we take what you paid for.
I don’t see my area. Can you still come?
Text us your address. If you’re close to a route, we can usually add you, and when enough neighbors ask, we add a new route day.
What happens to my stuff?
Donate first, recycle second, landfill last. Anything usable or recyclable gets pulled before the rest heads to Cinder Lake.
